Coleads Challenge Team was invited by the InfoComm Media Development Authority to share our Learning Journey during the Learning Technologies Asia event on 8th Nov 2017 at the IMDA Showcase Theater.

The solution provides mobile delivered on-job learning contents which includes 2-3 minutes bite-sized explainer learning videos, job aids, curated contents from IRAS’s website, practice tasks, knowledge quizzes, leaders board and learning progress tracking to onboard new hires and interns to the Corporate Tax practice area.

Objective of solution includes:

  • Provide just-in-time digital job aids
  • Accelerate time-to-performance of new hires and interns
  • Improve new hires’ and interns’ confidence and engagement
  • Reduce organisational resources to onboard and train new hires
